Flip This Wholesaler

I put a bunch of letters in the mail today, and have more going out tomorrow. I blew through a roll of stamps, and also went through a roll during the week, so I've got quite a few out there. I've been targeting a different group of prospects, so I'm not sure what sort of response I'll get.

I've been trying to get to bed by 10pm and be up at 6am so I can get a head start on the day, but I can never seem to wrap things up by 10. Then, I lay in bed strategizing, and next thing you know, its 1am.

Tomorrow I'm going to look at some lofts downtown (for myself to live in). There are some really cool places popping up, and I want to check them out. This will really motivate me. I am ready to get my own place as soon as I can. I need my space

I will be working on more letters tomorrow. I have several hundred names to look up, and the whole process takes a long time. I can't wait to have an assistant doing this kind of crap for me. It will free up a ton of time. I spend hours addressing and stamping envelopes.

I called the seller today to tell her the closing is set for Friday (after talking to my friend for the second time and making sure everything is OK). I still have a feeling it's not going to go Friday, but hoping for the best. If this closes and I get paid, I will at least have some breathing room for the next few months.
