I am really tired.

We had our rei meeting tonight. Not many people showed, but those that did were really interesting people, and we all just sat around talking the biz for a few hours. It was nice.

Today I made 2 mls offers, one was an REO, the other an out of state owner.

I called one of the more successful wholesalers in town today and invited him out to lunch on Thursday.

I called one of the REO realtors I met a few weeks ago and made an appt to look at one of his other properties tomorrow. I also called another REO realtor to set up an appt to look at one of her listings, but she hasn't called me back.

I've decided that I need to lower my expectations regarding mls offers. I have been shooting for 10/day, and right now it is just too unrealistic. So, I'm shooting for 3/day, until I get more comfortable.

I got one call today from a seller w no equity. Shocking.

I was talking to my friend today who has a few properties going into foreclosure, and she said the amount of letters she has received is out of control. She saved them and is going to show them to me. I'm very curious to see what other people are sending out. Vultures. Just kidding.
