Flip This Wholesaler

Well, today really was not a good day. I had the whole day planned out, and it pretty much all turned to crap early on. I had three mls properties picked out from last night that I was going to go look at today and make offers on. I got up early, Mapquested all of them, and called to make appointments with the listing agents to view them. 3 out of 3 of the listing agents did not answer their phones. I left messages with all of them (this was at 9 am this morning) and still haven't heard back from a single one. I know I have rambled on about this before, but seriously, how in the heck do you expect to make any money in this business if you can't even answer your phone or return a phone call? I just don't get it. I guess this is one of the drawbacks of using listing agents to submit your offers.

I decided to make another call to the sign company to see if my signs had been shipped yet. I was again told that they still hadn't been printed , but were next in line. Super. I ordered them LAST TUESDAY, and they haven't even been printed yet.

I went over to a friend's house to use the mls to pull some listings. I got a pretty nice sized list of fixers and motivated sellers. I think I am going to take a page from Steve's book and make a ton of offers this weekend. I'm tired of waiting for the phone to ring, and I have to get a deal soon.
