Oh my God, I can't believe I'm going to start working a 9-5 job in an office tommorow. Actually, I found out today that I don't have to be there until 10am. Sweet. The thought of sitting in rush hour traffic at 7:30 in the morning makes me want to chop my own head off. All I can think of is the opening scene from Office Space. If you haven't seen Office Space, you need to. It is hilarious.

I got in touch with the mortgage guy that I was worried about. He is alive and kicking and working on the sub2 deals I sent. I also sent him a few of the properties the guy I met on Craigslist gave me. I need to make something work with these guys. There is too much opportunity there for me to just let it slide by. Even if I can tack on 1% for myself, I can make 6 or 7 grand on each sale by just bringing the two together.

I can't wait to get the pics of the 85k deal and start marketing it. I know I can get at least 10k for it. I can't wait to get it closed! Holy crap, now that I think about it, I think I said that if this deal closed I would run around my neighborhood wearing a clown suit. I guess I better start lining up a clown suit and a camera man.
