Flip This Wholesaler

I was up late watching tennis, so didn't get a chance to post last night.
I just got a bit of good news that I thought I would share since anyone reading this is prob tired of all of my bad news. I just got a call from another wholesaler who found a buyer for one of the deals I have been working on. This is a lead that came from the investor who I am working with. Our fee is 3k, so I will get $1500 when it closes. Not bad, huh? Now, I've learned my lesson many times over and am not going to even think about it again until it closes. At least it gives me a little glimmer of hope, though.

One of the subject-to deals that I was working on is pretty much dead. The seller is avoiding my phone calls. You never know, though. I don't think he has many other options, so he may be calling me back. I haven't heard from the mortgage guys about the other sub2 deal that they were looking at.

I got 2 leads yesterday (1 from a letter I sent out a long time ago, and 1 from the investor I'm working w). Both of them are decent. I may be going out to look at one of the properties today.

Yesterday I realized that my digital camera was in my purse that got stolen from Starbucks. Dang it.

I also realized yesterday that I am going to need a passport if I want to go visit Costa Rica. Oops. Forgot about that minor detail. I guess I will have to wait a little longer before I hop on a plane to check it out. That's OK, I can wait. Gives me something to look forward to.
