Still don't have a signed contract from the deal I was talking about yesterday. Was supposed to get it yesterday along with a 1k deposit, but you know how that goes.

The subject-to deal that I thought was lost is back on. I'm trying to get in touch with the mortgage guys to see if they want it. They don't get my emails sometimes for some reason, so I left a long message w them yesterday eve. I also have 2 other subject 2 deals that might work for them. Both have a decent amount of equity. It is so easy to find these deals it isn't even funny. One of them, the guy flat out said he just wants someone to take over his mortgage. He's got about 50k in equity in it, and the payment is pretty low. Nice. Now I just need the mortgage guys to follow through.

I want to get my passport asap, so I ordered my birth certificate online yesterday (I lost it a long time ago). Hopefully that won't take too long. I also had to go get my driver's license yesterday since my old one was in the purse that got stolen. Nothing like spending an afternoon at the dmv. Thank you, thieving bastards.

I've got all kinds of stuff to do today. I really need my camera that got stolen to go take some pictures of the sub2 houses I'm working on so I can send them over to the mortgage guys. Guess I will have to go get another one today.
