I sent the seller the following email this morning:

Hi Jason,

Not sure if Denise has been in touch with you, but she needs the account numbers of your mrtg. so she can get the payoff amounts. I told her I would try emailing you to see if you have them. When you get the time, can you either get in touch with her to give her that info, or email it to me so I can forward it to her.

I waited around all day for a response, and then decided that I needed to prepare for the worst, and did the unthinkable. I sold my soul and went to apply for a bartending job, which I'm pretty sure I got. The guy told me he would call tomorrow and let me know when I start. I checked my email as soon as I got home (some emails do not come through to my BlackBerry for some reason), and this message was in my inbox from Jason (seller of the 85k house) :

My account number is 9900146xxx and its with us bank home mortgage there # is 1-800-240-7890. she should already have my social and everything else. I talked to discover and they will settle the debt for 5100 so that part is taken care of. if there is anything else right now the best way to contact me is through eamil cause my phone is not wanting to work.

WooHoo!!!! Good news!!! Unfortunately, the title company is closed, so I was not able to get the info to the lady working the file, but I will be sure to call her first thing in the morning.

I am sooooooooooooooo happy!!!!!! Please, everybody keep your fingers crossed for me!!!
